感謝您使用 lingo雲/SUVI輕語（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）。我們重視您的隱私，並以透明的方式說明我們如何收集、使用與保護您的資料。本政策適用於您使用本應用程式及其相關服務之情形。
Thank you for using lingo雲/SUVI輕語 (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). We value your privacy and explain in a transparent way how we collect, use, and protect your data. This policy applies to your use of the App and its related services.

Contact information (if voluntarily provided): e.g., Email.
系統與使用資料 | System & Usage Data
- 使用時間與應用功能操作紀錄（非精準定位）。
Usage times and app feature logs (non-precise location). - 裝置與系統資訊：裝置型號、作業系統版本、應用版本、錯誤診斷資料。
Device & system info: device model, OS version, app version, error diagnostics.
我們不會主動收集敏感個資（如身分證號、健康與財務資料）或用於廣告的追蹤資料。
We do not proactively collect sensitive data (such as ID numbers, health or financial info) or tracking data for advertising.
資料用途 | Purpose of Data Use
- 提供與改進即時翻譯與相關功能。
To provide and improve real-time translation and related features. - 維護系統安全、偵測與防止濫用或異常使用。
To maintain system security, detect and prevent misuse or abnormal usage. - 客服與回覆您提出的請求。
For customer support and responding to your requests.
我們不出售個人資料，也不進行行為式廣告。
We do not sell personal data, nor do we engage in behavioral advertising.
第三方服務 | Third-Party Services
為提供核心功能，本應用程式可能與第三方服務進行資料處理或傳輸，包括但不限於：
To provide core functions, the App may process or transfer data through third-party services, including but not limited to:
- 語音辨識／翻譯 API（例如：AI 服務）。
Speech recognition/translation APIs (e.g., AI services). - 作業系統層級服務（例如：Apple 提供之通知、購買或系統元件）。
Operating system-level services (e.g., Apple-provided notifications, purchases, or system components).
第三方服務會依其隱私權政策處理資料。建議您參閱第三方的隱私條款。
Third-party services process data according to their privacy policies. You are encouraged to review their terms.
資料保存與刪除 | Data Retention & Deletion
- 我們僅在達成前述用途所必要的期間內保存資料。
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. - 除非法律另有要求，當您停止使用本應用程式後，我們不會持續保存可識別您個人的資料。
Unless otherwise required by law, we do not continue to retain personally identifiable data once you stop using the App. - 您可隨時透過下方聯絡方式請求查詢或刪除您的資料。
You may request access to or deletion of your data anytime via the contact info below.
資訊安全 | Information Security
- 我們採取合理且符合產業慣例的技術與組織措施（如傳輸加密、權限控管），以保護資料免於未授權存取、變更或揭露。
We adopt reasonable industry-standard technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption, access control) to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. - 惟任何網路傳輸與儲存方式皆非百分之百安全；我們無法保證絕對安全，但將持續精進防護。
No network transmission or storage method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will continuously improve protections.
兒童隱私 | Children’s Privacy
本應用程式並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。我們不會刻意收集兒童個資；如您為家長或監護人並認為我們誤收集了兒童資料，請與我們聯絡以協助刪除。
The App is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you are a parent/guardian and believe we have collected such data, please contact us for deletion.
您的權利與選擇 | Your Rights & Choices
- 查詢、更正或刪除：您可請求我們查詢、更正或刪除與您相關的資料。
Access, correction, or deletion: You may request us to access, correct, or delete data related to you. - 撤回同意：在適用法規允許範圍內，您可撤回對特定處理之同意；撤回後，部分功能可能無法使用。
Withdraw consent: Within the scope of applicable laws, you may withdraw consent for specific processing; some functions may become unavailable.
